Shortline
Last Updated: 28 August 2026
These terms cover your use of Shortline ("the Service"), operated by Tri Core Innovation LLC. Using the Service means you accept them.
Shortline publishes videos to YouTube channels you own, using a Google Cloud project that you create and control. It is a tool that acts on your instructions. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Google or YouTube.
You bring your own Google Cloud project and your own API credentials. That means your own daily allowance, your own audit standing, and your own responsibility for how that project is used.
You may not use the Service to work around YouTube's limits. Creating multiple Google projects to multiply your daily uploads breaks the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and doing it through this Service is grounds for us closing your account. This is not a formality: Google links projects by account, billing and domain, and acting on one usually takes down every channel connected through them.
By using the Service you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge that the Google Privacy Policy applies to the data Google handles.
To the extent the law allows, Tri Core Innovation LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost views, lost revenue, or action taken against your YouTube channels. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the previous twelve months.
You can stop at any time: disconnect your channels and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts other users or the Service at risk. If we close your account for something other than a breach, we will tell you why.
These terms may change. The date at the top shows when, and the current version always lives on this page. If a change materially affects you, continuing to use the Service is how you accept it.

These terms and the privacy policy were written for this Service and are accurate about how it works, but they are not legal advice. If your business needs legal certainty, have a lawyer in your jurisdiction review them.
